NADAMU 2026

More than a hundred program items from Czechia and abroad, five busy days, one shared space, and countless opportunities to gain inspiration, share experiences, and start discussions. The NADAMU Festival connects generations, departments, and disciplines – criss-crossing them all. The subtitle Personas also raises questions about our own identity and the roles we play not only in the theater, but also in our private and professional lives.

The NADAMU Festival is a safe creative platform that enables the growth of the next generation of theater artists. The project was created in 2025 from the original ZLOMVAZ Festival, which built a tradition of student theater festivals in the Czech Republic for over 30 years.

The aim of the new NADAMU Festival is to draw inspiration, share experiences, and gain new insights through collaboration. It also opens a dialogue not only between emerging artists but also across generations, which is necessary for creating new foundations for future creative practice. The festival includes over 70 program items, including theater performances, concerts, discussions, workshops, open classes, educational events, and symposiums that address the issues and problems of the current generation and share them with others.
