The establishment of faculty grant committees is stipulated in Article 6 of Rector's Decree No. 9/2016.
A grant committee has 7 members: the Dean, the Vice-Dean for Research, three members of the Academia and two non-DAMU members. All members are selected, appointed, and removed by the Dean of the faculty. Term of office is two years and members can be appointed repeatedly. The Grant Committee is quorate if more than half of members are present.
A member of the faculty’s grant office staff is the secretary of the Committee.
