SUMMARY OF THE MINUTES OF THE 24TH MEETING OF THE DAMU ACADEMIC SENATE

The Academic Senate of DAMU approved the faculty's 2026 budget and called on the faculty leadership to begin ongoing discussions on future budgets already in the autumn. The discussion focused on changes to employee remuneration, the system of holiday pay compensation, the funding of the new LAD-LA study programme, and other related issues. The Senate also unanimously approved the 2025 Annual Report on DAMU's Activities and Financial Management, praising its revised format. In addition, it approved the admission procedures for the 2027/2028 academic year, including an increase in student intake for several study programmes. A substantial part of the meeting was devoted to discussing the format of the 2027 Academic Senate elections, particularly the representation of individual departments within the Senate. No final decision on the electoral model was reached, and the discussion will continue at a future meeting.
