Pro rok 2007/2008 vypisuje Visegradský stipendijní fond nový program pro "vyjíždějící" studenty ze zemi - Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia - aby mohli studovat v jedné z následujících zemí - Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia or Ukraine. A také byl zvýšen rozpočet pro tzv. přijíždějící studenty ze zemí - Belarus, Croatia, Moldova, the Russian Federation, Serbia and Ukraine, aby mohli studovat v zemich V4. Stipendium je otevřeno pro BA ( studenti, kteří úspěšně ukončili 4 semestry BA studia na vysílající universitě) i MA studenty a vědecké pracovníky.

In the academic year 2007/2008, the International Visegrad Fund launches a new sub-programme of the Visegrad Scholarship Programme called Out-Going Scholarships. Out-Going Scholarships are designed for students from the Visegrad countries (Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia) to study in one of the following countries: Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia or Ukraine.

Also, the budget for the so-called In-Coming Scholarships, designed for students from Belarus, Croatia, Moldova, the Russian Federation, Serbia and Ukraine to study in the V4 countries, has been considerably increased.

The scholarship programmes are open to both Master and Post-Master (Post-Graduate) students and researchers.
